Man alleged to owe more than $10,000 on Citi Platinum Select card

GRETNA – A successor in interest to a credit card account alleges the account is in default.

Calvary SPV I LLC, as assignee of Citibank, filed a suit against Michael Causey in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 21.

According to the claim, the defendant was issued a Citi Platinum Select Card that was used to accumulate more than $10,000 in charges that have not been paid.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $10,112.21 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Edward F. Bukaty III and Warren W. Wingerter Jr. of Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
