GRETNA – An electrical supplies company is seeking damages claiming that it was never paid for the supplies that it furnished to a customer.
Graybar Electric Co. Inc. filed a suit against Global Data Systems Inc. and Tony Runfalo in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 26.
According to the claim, the plaintiff sold supplies to the defendants but has allegedly not been paid for those products yet.
The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $17,298.13 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Francis R. White III in Covington.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
