Capital One Bank claims customer failed to pay off more than $3,500

GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish man is alleged to owe thousands on a credit card.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Gary H. Mack in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 12.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant, which was then used for more than $3,500 in charges. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $3,528.50 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
