Bank of America claims it is owed more than $32,000 for credit card

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $30,000 from a Jefferson Parish customer.

Bank of America filed a suit against Ricky R. Sadhwani in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 4.

According to the claim, the plaintiff allowed the defendant the use of an account. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay back more than $32,000 in charges.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $32,545.87 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
