Capital One Bank claims that a customer owes nearly $2,000

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Brandon C. Vincent in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 1.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to make payment on the more than $1,800 in charges.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $1,865.44 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
