GRETNA – An investment company is suing a Harvey couple, alleging they have failed to pay more than $100,000.
MTGLO Investors LP filed a suit Dec. 6 against James Calvin Aultman Jr. and Kimberly Hebert Aultman in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay what is due.
According to the claim, MTGLO Investors is holder of a note that issued by the Aultmans. The suit states that the defendants are indebted to the plaintiff for $115,089.53, plus interest.
MTGLO Investors seeks all money owed, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys from Wheelis & Rozanski in Alexandria.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
