Bank of America alleges promissory note customer owes money

GRETNA – Bank of America is suing a Jefferson Parish customer, alleging an overdue promissory note.

Bank of America filed a suit Dec. 6 against Russell Young in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay off a promissory note.

According to the claim, Bank of America is the holder of a promissory note for $103,377 that was issued by the defendant. The suit states Young owes $90,946.96.

Bank of America seeks all money owed, court costs and attorney fees. It is represented by attorney Logan Massey of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767157.
