Wells Fargo alleges customers owe nearly $100,000

GRETNA – Wells Fargo Bank is seeking nearly $100,000 from two Jefferson Parish customers.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a suit Dec. 5 against Allan Joseph Jeandron, also known as Allan J. Jeandron, also known as Allan Jeandron, and Loretta Zeringue Jeandron, also known as Loretta Z. Jeandron, also known as Loretta Jeandron, in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay off a promissory note.

According to the claim, Wells Fargo is the holder of a promissory note, issued by the Jeandrons. The suit states plaintiff has not been paid $99,213.94, plus interest.

Wells Fargo seeks all money owed, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Corey J. Giroir Jr. of Baton Rouge. 

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767136.
