GRETNA – A bank is seeking funds from two allegedly open credit card accounts.
Whitney Bank filed a suit against Samuel S. Gambino in the 24th Judicial District Court on Dec. 9.
According to the claim, the defendant maintained an open account against the plaintiff on two Visa accounts.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $26,328.72 in damages for both accounts. The plaintiff is represented by Keith M. Frey of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
