BATON ROUGE – An African-American female claims a judgment in her suit alleging discrimination and wrongful termination was obtained by fraud.

Valvetta McGee-Hudson filed a complaint on Nov. 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana against United States of America; Judge James J. Brady; and Shedon W. Snipes, attorney for defendants AT&T and Bellsouth Telecommunications LLC citing fraud, conspiracy to fraud, violation of civil rights and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that as a result of a judgment obtained by fraud, she suffered damages in the sum amount of $206,000,000. The plaintiff holds United States of America; Brady; and Snipes, attorney for defendants AT&T and Bellsouth Telecommunications LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly made false and misleading statements as to her claim for alleged disparate treatment.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants and all other relief that is equitable under the premises. She is representing herself.
