First NBC Bank alleges credit card holder owes more than $19,000

NEW ORLEANS – A bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

First NBC Bank filed a suit against Nathaniel Gomillion in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Dec. 5.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a credit card. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay off the balance of the credit card.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $19,882.83 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey K. Clement Jr., Gregory J. St. Angelo and Bradley J. St. Angelo of New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
