Covington insulation company alleges EnviroGreen Contractors never paid for services

NEW ORLEANS – A insulation company in Covington is seeking more than $10,000 for an open account.

Ozone Green Spray Foam Insulation filed a suit against EnviroGreen Contractors LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for more than $13,000 in charges for services that the plaintiff completed but was never paid for.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Kyle T. Del Hierro of Howard, Reed, Del Hierro & Pederson in Covington.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case number 16-12244.
