African Christian Fellowship alleges two people failed to pay rent

NEW ORLEANS – A New Orleans Christian community is seeking damages for unpaid rent.

African Christian Fellowship-New Orleans Chapter Inc. filed a suit against Soicom Mitchell and Tokyo Modeling LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff allowed the defendants to lease their property. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay more than four months' worth of rent.

The defendants are accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Kenneth K. Orie.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case number 16-12300.
