Bank of America alleges credit customer owes more than $3,500

GRETNA – Bank of America is suing a credit customer, seeking more than $3,500.

Bank of America NA filed a suit against Lucinda Louise Wilson in the 24th Judicial District Court on Dec. 16, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Bank of America issued a credit account to Wilson that was used to make $3,534 in purchases and payments. The suit states Wilson has failed to pay back the plaintiff for the charges.

Bank of America seeks the $3,534 owed plus court costs. It is represented by attorney Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Couville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767501.
