Credit union alleges customer owes more than $15,000

GRETNA – A credit union is suing a promissory note customer, alleging he owes more than $15,000.

NAS JRB Credit Union filed a suit Dec. 16 against Sequence N. Davis in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay.

According to the claim, the credit union is the holder of promissory note issued by Davis. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff $15,031.59, plus finance charges and interest. 

NAS JRB Credit Union seeks all money owed and attorney fees. It is represented by attorney Joshua P. Matthews of Roy M. Bowes & Associates in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767443.
