NEW ORLEANS – Wells Fargo is suing two New Orleans customers, alleging they owe more than $90,000 on a promissory note.
Wells Fargo Bank NA filed a lawsuit Dec. 28 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Loretta Zeringue Jeandron and Allan J. Jeandron Sr., alleging failure to pay off a promissory note.
According to the complaint, Wells Fargo is the holder of a promissory note with the principal sum of $103,500. The suit states the Jeandrons agreed to pay off the note in regular installments but are still indebted for $92,025.27.
Wells Fargo Bank seeks all costs due, reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Jason R. Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
