NEW ORLEANS – An Illinois company alleges a Mandeville company did not pay it for work it completed on a school.
DRYCO LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against Enterprise Restoration Services LLC alleging breach of contract, unjust enrichment and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between Aug. 16, 2015, and Sept. 11, 2015, plaintiff provided cleaning and restoration services at East St. John Elementary School in LaPlace in the amount of $156,725.74. The plaintiff holds Enterprise Restoration Services LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly accepted and received the benefit of plaintiff's services, but failed and refused to make payment for the said amount owed.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in its favor for the full sum of $156,725.74, plus collection cost and filing suit, attorneys’ fees, court costs, legal interest and for all other equitable relief. It is represented by Andrew A. Lemmon of Lemmon Law Firm LLC in Hahnville.
