The alleged misconduct escalated to an incident on December 13, 2023, where Reeves is accused of sexually assaulting Henderson at work. "Reeves assaulted Henderson while she was performing her work duties," the complaint states. Henderson claims that these actions were part of a pattern of quid-pro-quo harassment where Reeves promised job benefits in exchange for sexual favors.
