Communications company alleges customer owes $47,000

GRETNA – A communications company is suing a customer, alleging failure to pay nearly $47,000.

Javelin Wireless and Telecommunications LLC filed a lawsuit Jan. 10 against Dannic Solutions LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay what was agreed upon and unjust enrichment.

According to the claim, Javelin Wireless agreed to provide services to Dannic Solutions with the understanding that the services would be compensated with a certain amount of pay. The suit states the plaintiff performed the work required, but the defendant failed to pay what it owed, a balance of $47,003.08.

Javelin Wireless seeks the sums due plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Matt Thomas of Smiley Law Firm LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768009.
