Capital One alleges credit customer owes more than $15,000

NEW ORLEANS – Capital One is suing a credit customer, alleging he owes more than $15,000.

Capital One National Association filed a lawsuit Jan. 9 against Jeremy Brown in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging failure to pay off a balance.

According to the complaint, Capital One issued a line of credit to Brown and he has failed to pay off the accumulated balance of $15,421.35.

Capital One seeks all funds due, reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. Capital One is represented by attorney Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Melvin Zeno.
