Capital One alleges credit customer owes more than $25,000

NEW ORLEANS – Capital One is suing a credit customer, alleging he owes more than $25,000.

Capital One National Association filed a lawsuit Jan. 9 against Rodney Glover, doing business as Glover Engineering, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging an open account.

According to the complaint, Capital One issued a line of credit to Glover Engiennering and it has failed to pay off the balance accumulated of $25,608.48.

Capital One seeks all payments due, reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
