Financial company alleges credit card customer owes nearly $7,000

NEW ORLEANS – A financial corporation is suing a credit card customer, alleging he owes nearly $7,000.

Cach LLC filed a lawsuit Jan. 18 against Steven R. Biro in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due plus interest.

According to the complaint, Biro was issued a credit card by First Bankcard and has failed to pay off the $6,828.81 balance of the card that he has accumulated.

Cach seeks all reasonable payments, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Floridia.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
