Capital One alleges credit card client owes more than $12,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is suing a credit card customer, alleging she owes more than $12,000.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a suit Jan. 23 against Donna H. Daughtridge in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Daughtridge with the understanding that regular payments would be made on any balance. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the credit card balance of $12,223.53.

Capital One Bank seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768416.
