Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $4,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is suing a credit card customer, alleging she owes more than $4,000.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a suit Jan. 23 against Nicole Haynes in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Haynes with the agreement she would pay off the balance as it accumulated. The suit states, however, Hayes has failed to pay off the $4,084.46 balance that she ran up on the card.

Capital One Bank seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768400.
