Whitney Bank alleges Jefferson Parish man owes $11,000 in unpaid installments

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $11,000 in unpaid installments.

Whitney Bank filed a suit against Allen Ray Wolff of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, Wolff owes on the retail installment contract. According to the contract, the defendant was obligated to pay a monthly installment but failed to do so consistently. He is now allegedly indebted to the plaintiff for $11,561.95 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay the plaintiff as agreed.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Clay J. Legros of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768247.
