GRETNA – A surgical center claims a Harvey resident owes it more than $40,000 for medical services.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Co. LLC filed a suit Jan. 26 against Lena Cola in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, Cola was a patient at the center who received $43,820.82 in medical services. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for the services received.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna Linn of Bankston & Associates LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.
