Baton Rouge Community College seeks damages for open account

NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking damages for an open account.

Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Baton Rouge Community College filed a lawsuit against Robin Bradstreet in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff issued goods or services to the defendant for the fall 2013 semester. The suit states that the defendant maintained and open account of $1,439.84 and has failed to pay off the balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Scott L. Smith Jr. of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
