Lender sues to collect $65,000 line of credit

GRETNA – A financial lender is seeking more than $65,000 that was loaned in a line of credit to a computer networking company.

Cach LLC filed a suit Feb. 6 against TCB Computers and Networking LLC and Theodore C. Bowden in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the defendant was issued a line of credit by Wells Fargo Bank and agreed to pay off the balance of the line of credit when issued. The suit states that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for $65,475.95.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Fla.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768804.
