Wells Fargo alleges it is owed more than $40,000 on a line of credit

GRETNA – A major bank is seeking more than $40,000 from Austen's Auto Sales Inc. and Dana Interiano alleging sums due.

Cach LLC filed a suit Feb. 6 against Austen's Auto Sales and Interiano in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the defendant was issued a line of credit by Wells Fargo Bank. The suit states that the defendant agreed to pay off the balance and is still indebted to the plaintiff for the sum of $41,619.12.

The defendant is accused of sums due against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
