Capital One alleges credit customer owes money

NEW ORLEANS – Capital One is suing a New Orleans credit customer, alleging it owes money.

Capital One NA filed a lawsuit Feb. 16 against Christians Hospice Services LLC and Walter Davis in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff issued a line of credit to Christians Hospice Services and Davis for an unspecified sum. The suit says the defendants have failed to pay back the plaintiff for was borrowed.

Capital One seeks all money owed, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
