Funding company alleges Lowe's customer owes more than $3,000

GRETNA – A funding company is suing a Lowe's customer, alleging he owes more than $3,000.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit Feb. 17 against Clifton Bourrage, in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, Bourrage has accumulated a debt of $3,110.36 on his Lowe's account and has failed to pay the plaintiff what is owed.

Midland Funding seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 769246.
