Funding business alleges VISA card customer owes more than $1,300

GRETNA – A funding company is suing a credit card customer, alleging he owes more than $1,300.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit Feb. 22 against James Davis in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failing to pay off a credit card balance in a timely manner.

According to the claim, Davis has accumulated a credit card balance of $1,364.56 owed to the plaintiff, as stated by his VISA account.

Midland Funding seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 769351.
