Lafayette business alleges dentist owes more than $7,000

GRETNA – A Lafayette business is suing a Metairie dentist, alleging she owes more than $7,000 for services delivered by the plaintiff.

Chase Marshall filed a suit Feb. 24 against Dr. Lisa Wyatt in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging a open account and breach of contract.

According to the claim, Chase Marshall delivered architectural drawings and construction information to Wyatt for a planned new dentist's office. Despite having received the services from the plaintiff, Wyatt has failed to pay the balance owed of $7,000, plus interest and attorneys fees.

Chase Marshall seeks all sums due, attorney fees, court costs and all equitable relief. It is represented by attorneys Joseph F. Gaar Jr., Jason M. Welborn, Lucas S. Colligan, Jacob H. Hargett of Lafayette.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
