NEW ORLEANS – An insurance company is seeking sums due from a construction firm.
Bridgefield Casualty Insurance Co. filed a lawsuit March 3 against Egan Construction Management LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is owed a balance of $40,475.34 plus applicable fees.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys W. Michael Stemmans, M. Todd Alley, Michale Taffaro and Jennifer Frederickson of Stemmans & Alley in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel Julien.
