GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for debts it says are owed on a credit card account.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit March 10 against Clayton M. Faucheux III in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant, which he used to make more than $4,492.37 in purchases. The defendant failed to pay off the balance, the complaint says.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
