Funding company sues over past-due eBay account

GRETNA – A funding company is seeking damages over debts owed on a customer's eBay account. 

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit March 10 against Lani Ditcharo of Laffite in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of $1,920.89 that was accumulated by the plaintiff on her eBay account.

The plaintiff is asking for all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 769879.
