GRETNA – A financial services company is seeking damages from two Jefferson Parish residents for sums due.
CitiFinancial Servicing LLC filed a suit March 15 against Isiah M. Johnson and April M. Burrows in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is the holder of a promissory note for the balance of $124,754.80. The plaintiff has not received payment in full for the mortgage and is still owed $122,732.10 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
