Past-due Visa account prompts lawsuit

GRETNA – Barclays Bank Delaware is seeking damages for a customer's open Visa account.

The bank filed a suit March 15 against Tony R. Long in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is owed a balance by the defendant. The defendant accumulated $1,775.71 on a Visa account and has failed to pay it back.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 769986.
