NEW ORLEANS – The Neighbors Federal Credit Union is seeking damages for sums due.
The credit union filed a lawsuit March 6 against Byron A. Stewart and Marie A. Stewart in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is owed $4,605.14 plus interest and fees by the defendants, who have failed to pay in a timely manner.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Stacy Butler of Kizer, Hood & Morgan LLP in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula Brown.
