Consumer facing lawsuit over overdue loan

GRETNA – A financial company is seeking damages for a past-due consumer loan.

Cach LLC filed a suit March 20 against Steven Tran of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the defendant was given a consumer loan by WebBank but failed to pay off the accumulated balance of $5,597.12.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the balance owed.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Fla.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
