GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for an unpaid balance.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit March 29 against Lindy Munoz of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the defendant was the holder of a National Tire account and failed to pay off the accumulated balance of $2,043.46. The plaintiff is seeking payment of the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
