Ford Motor Credit claims St. Bernard Parish residents failed to pay off Focus

GRETNA – Ford Motor Credit Co. is seeking damages for sums due.

Ford Motor Credit Company LLC filed a suit March 29 against Jarren M. Varney and Rachel M. Frickey of St. Bernard Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendants a retail installment contract for a 2013 Ford Focus, but the suit states that the defendants have failed to pay off the balance due, which is stated to be $7,690.92 plus interest and charges.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Keith M. Frey of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale, A Professional Law Corporation in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770470.
