Harvey resident allegedly failed to pay over $1,500 in charges on bank card

GRETNA – A funding company is seeking damages for a sums due.

LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit March 27 against Terri Davis of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the defendant was issued a bank card by Credit One Bank, which was used to accumulate $1,663.27 in charges. The defendant has failed to pay off the balance.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770400.
