GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit March 21 against Daniel Belsome of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking funds from the defendant's Best Buy account, which has a $2,116.41 balance.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
