GRETNA – An auto finance company is seeking more than $40,000.
TD Auto Finance LLC filed a suit April 5 against Timothy Gabriel of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of sums due for the balance of $43,595.80. The defendant entered into a contract and was required to pay $50,300.64 for a 2016 Kia Sorento. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the amount in full.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton, Michael L. Lancaster and April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
