NEW ORLEANS – A Pennsylvania consulting company alleges it was not paid for services provided to an Orleans Parish nonprofit and its affiliates.
The Lancaster Group LLC filed a complaint on March 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against St. Margaret’s Daughters, Alec Lundberg, St. Margaret’s Home Health and Hospice LLC and St. Luke #2 LLC perform their obligations under the agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 19, 2013, plaintiff entered into a letter agreement and provided periodic and ongoing business advisory services to defendants. To date, the invoiced amount of $70,532.27 remains due and unpaid, the plaintiff alleges.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in its favor, for all of sums owed, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney fees, costs and such other relief. It is represented by S. Bradley Rhorer and Zachary S. Walker of Rhorer Law Firm in Baton Rouge.
