Midland Funding alleges Westwego resident defaulted on Visa account

GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for an overdue account.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit April 6 against Shenelle Collins of Westwego in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's overdue Visa account. According to the suit, the plaintiff is seeking $1,314.96 plus interest and fees.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
