NEW ORLEANS – A credit union is seeking damages for an unpaid promissory note.
Tulane-Loyola Federal Credit Union filed a lawsuit against Travis Harris in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging failure to repay a promissory note.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid promissory note for the balance of $36,344.42 plus attorney's fees.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the promissory note.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Joseph M. Mouton II of D'Aquila, Contreras & Vega in Kenner.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
