GRETNA – A credit union is seeking damages for open accounts.
ASI Federal Credit Union filed a suit April 18 against Baie Rouge LLC, Michael Capiton and Kimble Donington-Smith in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendants multiple accounts, which were maintained as open. The plaintiff is seeking payment of the open accounts for the amounts of $34,123.77 plus interest and late charges, $24,856.09 plus interest and late charges and $9,267.68 plus interest and late charges.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jules a Fontana III of Fontana & Fontana LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Steohen C. Grefer.
