Whitestone Management alleges Orleans Parish resident failed to repay promissory note

NEW ORLEANS – A management company is seeking damages for sums due.

Whitestone Management LLC filed a lawsuit April 19 against Alvin Mosley of Orleans Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, the defendant was issued a promissory note. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay, and the plaintiff is seeking full payment of $29,400.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney William J. Arzelere III of Covington.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
